Investigating - We are investigating an issue affecting some customers using the Crypto Withdrawal API and Withdrawal Fee API. Customers may see crypto withdrawal fee quotes with more than two decimal places, and some exact-balance crypto withdrawal requests may fail with an Insufficient Funds response when the available balance does not cover both the withdrawal amount and the associated network fee. We are actively investigating and will share another update as soon as possible.

Investigating - We are currently experiencing an authentication issue in the Dashboard portal. As a result, customers may encounter problems signing in or signing up at dashboard.paxos.com. The issue is intermittent, and in some cases a retry may succeed.
Our Engineering team is actively investigating and working to resolve the issue.
